Founded in 2020, REICH (pronounced Reach) is a professional services organization with expertise in many fields of work and services with a vast amount of experience providing quality service.  With a vast array of professional project experience, collectively our team of professionals have an array of project experience and have created a project management firm, specializing in Construction Management, Heavy Equipment Rentals, Fleet Vehicle Leasing, and more. Founded by Owner/ CEO Dennis Brow our organization is currently located at 1 Estate Slob, Christiansted, VI 00820 our management team includes Engineers and General Contractors. 

OUR VISION

Our Company’s objective is to provide reliable professional services in project and construction management. The success of an organization is based on its culture and the quality of its people. We pride ourselves on putting together a cohesive high performance and highly qualified organized team of professionals. While this company was founded on December 8, 2020, and is considered relatively new, the talented team of diverse professionals has an outstanding wealth of experience and rich background in management, engineering, construction, and organizational skills. REICH, LLC was established to provide civil and structural engineering services, project and program management, construction and construction management, constructability reviews & value engineering, scheduling & schedule monitoring, safety compliance, as well as Architectural and consulting services to the Federal & Local Government as well as the private sector.  The name REICH is pronounced "Reach" and is actually an acronym, each letter representing a service that we provide;  Real Estate, Environmental, Industrial, Consulting, or Home Improvement.

Our Team consists of professionals with more than 85 years of combined experince in Project Management, Engineering and Construction Management. 

Owner/ CEO 

Dennis Brow 

Mr. Brow has been the Assistant Commissioner for the Department of Public Works for 10-years. In that capacity, his responsibility and main focus were overall management and maintenance, assessment, and management of the territory’s infrastructure. As the President and founder of REICH LLC, he leads the executive team with his years of experience in management. 

Engineering Executive

Damien Cartwright

Mr. Cartwright is a Civil Engineer that has been engaged in many different development projects and has a wealth of experience and a long outstanding history with the VI Port Authority. Mr. Cartwright’s versatility and management experience in roofing as a property quality assurance inspector  on this project.

Cheif Financial Officer 

Andrea Daley - Abramson 

Mrs. Daley Abramson leads the activities related to accounting, including accounts receivable/payable, cash disbursement, collections & pay-roll. She will also determines the viability of proposed ventures, special projects and programs as well and implements financial plans to achieve organizational goals.

Operations Manager 

Darnell Esannason 

With over 10-year experience in team leadership and team building expertise with a history of delivering results and exceeding expectations. He is a creative and motivated leader with exceptional planning skills, especially in complex projects. His specialties are team building, staff management, coaching & mentoring, customer service, data analysis and communication.

Construction Executive

Lindell Williams 

Mr. Williams is a Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in project management and organization. He was also a former Commissioner of the Department of Public Works for the US Virgin Islands. He will manage the technical aspect of the project such as structural integrity etc. He also serve as the Construction Executive (CE) for Overseas Building Operations for the Department of State.

Civil Engineer 

Rupert Pelle

Mr. Pelle is a highly qualified Civil Engineer with a wealth of experience in the field of water
distribution & management, electrical and project management. He will be responsible for
assessing and managing his field of expertise in the process.

General Contractor 

John Hebert

A Licensed Professional General Contractor & developer with significant experience in all facets of construction & management, development, site selection, acquisitions, and project management. He specializes in high-end custom homes and commercial construction and has successfully completed a broad range of projects throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Mr. Herbert is also the President and CEO of Calidad Construction & Maintenance, LLC.
